iCANpaddle
Saturday, September 8, 2012
Hyatt Lake Tahoe is hosting the iCANpaddle, the first stand-up paddleboard race in Incline Village. There will be 3 races: Kids 1/2 mile, 3 Mile and 5 Mile. All races start and end at the Hyatt pier. Sponsored by Umpqua Bank.

iCANtri

The iCANtri is a Pool Swim, Bike and Run starting at the Incline Village Rec. Center. Courses include: Gold - 800 yard swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run. Silver - 400 yard swim, 7 mile bike, 2 mile run. Bronze - 200 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run.

I-CAN HISTORY
In 1983 ICAN, Incline Community Action Network, began as an effort by involved citizens of Incline Village to raise money for local schools and programs that benefit all local youth. Programs have come and gone, but the support for the I-CAN has been consistent throughout the community. What began through the efforts of the initial group of advocates continues today as a way for all the citizens of Incline Village and Crystal Bay to join in supporting our local youth. Since 2011 the running of the I-CAN, in collaboration with Incline After-School Organization and the Incline High School Athletic Program, promises to continue as the premier Incline Village/Crystal Bay community wide event. All proceeds from the I-CAN go to benefit the free after-school activities of Incline After-School Organization and the Incline High School Athletic Program.
